Accepted Payments

The preferred method of payment is through the Mindbody website or in the Mindbody app. Both card and ACH methods of payment in Mindbody are accepted.


In the event a purchase was made that you did not intend to make, a refund may be issued in the form of a credit to your Mindbody account. No refunds may be issued for gift card purchases.

Class Cancellation Policy – Regular Drop-in and Community Classes

We encourage students to sign-up in advance of classes in Mindbody or the Mindbody app. However, if students cannot make it to class, they will be dropped from the class, and incur no charge. For example, if a drop-in class was purchased to pay for the class, once being dropped, that drop-in payment can apply to a future class before its expiration date. 

Bear in mind that all drop-in classes and passes bear an expiration date. Refunds cannot be given for unused classes and class passes. (Considerations can be made for extenuating circumstances in a case-by-case basis, please email [email protected])

Workshop and Series Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Workshops and series with fewer than 6 people registered 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop/series may be canceled at the discretion of the studio owner and/or instructor. In the event of such a cancellation, the student will be notified via email, and the student’s Mindbody account will be credited with the value paid for the workshop/series.

If a student cannot attend a workshop/series, they must request to be dropped from the workshop/series via email or self-cancel their registration in Mindbody up to the day before the scheduled start of a workshop/series. A credit to their Mindbody account will be made with the value paid for the workshop/series. No-shows for workshops and series cannot be canceled after the start date of the workshop/series, and cannot be refunded.
