Yoga is not just for grown ups! Kids Yoga Club offers a safe and supportive environment for tweens and early teens, ages 8-13 generally, for personal empowerment and to develop confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga’s focus on breath, body and mind is a great setting for tweens to build self awareness of emotions during an amazing transformative period in life.  Class is 45 minutes with 15 minutes at the end for kids to draw, chat, hangout and parents can stay at the studio or come back within the hour to pick up the kids.    Join us Tuesdays at 4PM at our Troy location.  Visit our online schedule to sign up.
